Daily Cleaning
Use a soft dry cloth or slightly damp cloth to gently wipe off surface dust and stains, avoiding hard brushes or paper towels to prevent scratches.
For stubborn dirt such as oil stains or fingerprints, use a diluted neutral detergent or clean water to wipe, and avoid solvents containing alcohol, acetone, strong acids, or strong bases to prevent damage to the ink or film layer.
After cleaning, promptly dry with a clean soft cloth to prevent water stains.
Avoid Physical Damage
Keep away from sharp objects to prevent scratches or tears on the film surface.
During installation or use, avoid repeated pulling, especially with self-adhesive PVC films, which should be peeled off slowly to reduce the risk of adhesive residue.
Environmental Control
Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight and high-temperature environments (such as above 70°C) to prevent the PVC film from hardening, shrinking, fading, or curling at the edges.
In humid or rainy areas, pay attention to moisture prevention, although PVC itself has good water resistance, so daily use does not require special protection.
Regular Inspection
Regularly check the film surface for bubbling, cracking, peeling, or fading, and promptly address issues or perform local repairs if found.
For outdoor use (such as advertising banners or car covers), it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the fixed structure and film integrity every 3–6 months.
