The finished product has a Shore hardness as low as A50, with a delicate and soft touch and excellent drape at room temperature. Even in a low-temperature environment of -10℃, it will not become hard and brittle, and always maintains good flexibility. The product has a light transmittance of over 88%, with clear and distortion-free vision, a smooth and flat surface free of fish eyes, waterproof and oil-proof, and easy to wipe and clean. It also has excellent high-frequency heat sealing and heat sealing performance, with firm bonding after processing and not easy to degum.

We can provide customers with free sample testing services. Customers only need to inform the specific product parameters and application scenarios, and we will arrange to send samples of corresponding specifications. If customers have customized sampling needs, we also support exclusive sampling according to samples or technical drawings provided by customers. The development cycle for customized samples is 10-20 days, and corresponding sampling fees will be charged for sampling, which can be deducted from the payment for subsequent bulk orders as appropriate. All samples are sent in standard packaging to ensure that the samples are delivered to customers in good condition.

We have a 12,000-square-meter standardized production workshop and multiple automatic calendering production lines, with a monthly production capacity of 2 million square meters, which can stably undertake various orders of all sizes and guarantee customers' bulk supply needs.
