UV Protection with Anti-Static Performance
Our yellow PVC grid curtain, also known as an ESD yellow anti-UV curtain, is designed for clean room applications in electronics, medical, and food industries. Since 2016, we have been manufacturing this product in our 12,000-square-meter workshop.
We are equipped with specialized printing machines that apply conductive ink onto yellow PVC film. With the support of our in-house R&D team, we can precisely adjust resistance values and color shades according to different application requirements.
This yellow PVC grid curtain features a yellow base with black conductive grid patterns, combining visibility control, UV protection, and reliable electrostatic discharge performance.
UV Blocking and Stable Static Control
In addition to anti-static performance, this curtain also provides effective UV resistance, helping to protect personnel and sensitive equipment from UV exposure.
It is widely used as door curtains, window curtains, and room partitions in controlled environments.
The inner surface resistance ranges from 10⁴ to 10⁶ ohms, while the outer surface resistance ranges from 10⁸ to 10¹⁰ ohms, ensuring fast and stable static dissipation.
The curtain offers excellent durability with good elasticity, fold resistance, and compression resistance. It is highly tear-resistant, and its anti-static performance remains stable under varying temperature conditions. Flame-retardant properties can also be customized upon request.

We support customization of thickness, color, and grid size. Free samples are available before mass production. OEM services are supported, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 ton.
Products are packed in rolls using pearl cotton and kraft paper for safe transportation. Payment terms include 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading.
