Strong Mesh for Heavy-Duty Use
Our PVC coated mesh fabric is a high-strength industrial protective material. Our factory began producing this product in 2016 and operates a 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines to bond anti-static PVC film with high-strength polyester mesh. Our in-house R&D team helps adjust both strength and anti-static performance. This PVC coated mesh fabric features a layer of polyester mesh sandwiched between two layers of anti-static PVC film.
Stronger Than Standard Anti-Static Film
Our PVC coated mesh fabric combines the advantages of both materials. It offers the waterproof and anti-static properties of PVC film, as well as the high strength of polyester mesh. Its tensile strength and tear resistance are excellent, making it much stronger than standard anti-static film. The inner and outer surface resistances range between 10⁸ and 10¹¹ ohms, providing effective static dissipation. The fabric has good toughness, is fold-resistant and squeeze-resistant, and is difficult to tear. Flame-retardant options are also available.
Quality Control and Order Information
Our quality inspectors monitor the production of PVC coated mesh fabric from raw materials to finished goods. We provide photos and videos during production for your reference. You can customize thickness, color, or mesh density. Free samples are available before mass production, and we support OEM orders. The minimum order quantity is 1 ton.
