We use specialized calendering and lamination equipment. Our in-house R&D team helps adjust the resistance values and thickness of the mat. This anti-static mat is designed for use on workbenches, where it effectively dissipates static electricity and protects electronic components from electrostatic damage.
Two Layers for Better Grounding
Our anti-static mat features a dual-layer structure. The top layer is a static-dissipative layer, while the bottom layer is a conductive layer. The surface resistance of the top layer ranges from 10³ to 10⁵ ohms, and the bottom layer ranges from 10⁶ to 10⁹ ohms, ensuring efficient discharge of static electricity to ground.
The mat is highly durable with excellent toughness. It is fold-resistant, squeeze-resistant, and difficult to tear. Its anti-static performance remains stable and is not affected by temperature changes. In addition, the mat is resistant to acids and alkalis and is easy to clean. Flame-retardant options are also available.
Custom Sizes and Easy Ordering
Our quality inspectors monitor the production of anti-static mats from raw materials to finished goods. We provide photos and videos throughout production for your reference. You can customize size, thickness, or color. Free samples are available before mass production, and we support OEM orders. The minimum order quantity is 1 ton.
