Our black PVC grid curtain, also known as an ESD black conductive curtain, is designed for clean room applications in electronics, medical, and food industries. Since 2016, we have been manufacturing this product in our 12,000-square-meter workshop.
We are equipped with specialized printing machines that apply black conductive ink onto PVC film. With support from our in-house R&D team, we can precisely adjust resistance values and color shades according to different application requirements.
This black PVC grid curtain features a black base with conductive grid patterns, combining light-blocking performance with reliable electrostatic protection.
Stable Static Control for Dark Environment Applications
This curtain is widely used as door curtains, window curtains, and room partitions, especially in environments requiring both light shielding and static control.
The inner surface resistance ranges from 10⁴ to 10⁶ ohms, while the outer surface resistance ranges from 10⁸ to 10¹⁰ ohms, ensuring fast and stable static dissipation.
The product offers excellent durability with good elasticity, fold resistance, and compression resistance. It is highly tear-resistant, and its anti-static performance remains stable under varying temperatures. Flame-retardant properties are also available upon request.

We support customization of thickness, color, and grid size. Free samples are available before mass production. OEM services are supported, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 ton.
Products are packed in rolls with pearl cotton and kraft paper to ensure safe transportation. Payment terms include 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading. The loading port is Shanghai.
