Our ESD PVC grid curtain, also known as an ESD grid curtain, is designed for clean room applications in electronics, medical, and food industries. Our factory has been manufacturing this product since 2016 in our 12,000-square-meter workshop.

We are equipped with specialized printing machines capable of applying conductive ink onto PVC film. With the support of our in-house R&D team, we can adjust grid density and resistance values to meet different application requirements.

This ESD PVC grid curtain features a transparent base with black conductive grid patterns, combining visibility with reliable electrostatic protection.

This ESD PVC grid curtain is widely used for door curtains, window curtains, and room partitions. It effectively blocks dust and provides strong anti-static performance.

The inner surface resistance ranges from 10⁴ to 10⁶ ohms, while the outer surface resistance is 10⁸ to 10¹⁰ ohms, ensuring rapid and stable static dissipation.

The curtain offers excellent toughness with good elasticity, fold resistance, and compression resistance. It is highly tear-resistant, and its anti-static performance remains stable under temperature variations. Flame-retardant properties can also be customized upon request.

Our quality inspectors monitor the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring consistent quality. We also provide photos and videos during production so you can track progress in real time.

We support customization of thickness, color, and grid size. Free samples are available before mass production. OEM services are supported, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 ton.

The curtain is packed in rolls with pearl cotton and kraft paper to ensure safe transportation. Payment terms include a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading.
