When choosing PVC film, you need to make a comprehensive judgment based on application scenarios, performance requirements, environmental compliance, and supplier qualifications.

Clarify Purpose and Classification
PVC film is mainly divided into two types, with significant differences in applicable scenarios.

Rigid PVC Film (Unplasticized)
Features: Contains no plasticizers, good flexibility, not easily brittle, non-toxic and pollution-free, long shelf life.

Applications: Building decoration (such as door and window coatings, control panels), packaging boxes, electrical adhesive tapes, medical equipment casings, etc.

Market Share: About two-thirds of the market.

Flexible PVC Film (Plasticized)
Features: Contains plasticizers (such as DEHP), sticky and flexible to the touch, but easily becomes brittle after long-term use; not recommended for food contact or high-temperature environments.

Applications: Agricultural greenhouse films, raincoats, vinyl flooring, shrink packaging films (must meet food-grade standards), etc.

Note: Avoid using in microwave heating or in contact with greasy foods.
