Production Method: Calendering (thickness 0.3–0.7mm) or extrusion/blown film method (thin film, thickness 0.08–0.2mm).
Printing Compatibility: Special PVC inks are required, and drying can be done by natural air drying (24 hours) or oven drying (60–70℃, 10–15 minutes).
Environmental and Safety: Some PVC contains harmful plasticizers such as DEHP. For food contact applications, national standards must be met (vinyl chloride monomer ≤1ppm); the modern trend is towards water-based inks and plasticizer-free formulations.
