In terms of printing performance, relying on multiple sets of high-precision gravure printing equipment, we can present hundreds of ready-made patterns such as flowers, fruits and geometric patterns, and we can also customize printing completely according to the design drafts provided by customers. The ink has strong adhesion, full and uniform color, and is not easy to fade or bleed after repeated friction and washing. Our R&D team can also adjust the flexibility and surface tension of the film according to the customer's processing technology, adapting to various raincoat processing methods such as high-frequency welding, heat sealing and sewing, avoiding problems such as delamination, edge warping and fracture during processing. At present, this product has indirectly served many well-known outdoor product brands and become a stable base material supplier for many domestic raincoat manufacturers.

Mainly used in the production and processing of various raincoats, ponchos, umbrellas, rain boot fabrics, and also for outdoor protective products such as waterproof aprons, sleeves and labor protection sleeves.

We support full-process OEM and ODM services, and can carry out exclusive customization according to the technical drawings, color cards and pattern originals provided by customers. In addition to conventional pattern and color adjustments, we can also customize products with special properties such as anti-static, flame retardant and high wear resistance according to the needs of use scenarios. The custom sample development cycle is 10-20 days. Before mass production, we can provide free samples for customers to test the printing effect, processing adaptability and physical hand feel, and arrange mass production after confirmation.

We have established a full-link quality control system. Each batch of products undergoes three levels of quality inspection: raw materials are tested for purity, environmental indicators and physical properties upon entering the factory; special quality inspectors conduct full inspections during production, monitoring thickness tolerance, printing registration accuracy and film surface flatness; 100% full inspection is carried out before finished product packaging to check for defects and keep samples for storage. We support third-party inspection, and can also provide corresponding test reports according to customer requirements to ensure stable and up-to-standard quality of each batch of products.

The product adopts standard roll packaging. Each roll is wrapped with pearl cotton, kraft paper and protective film in sequence to avoid scratches, moisture, bumps and other problems during transportation. We can also customize packaging forms such as cartons and pallets according to customer requirements. The delivery ports support Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port, and the trade terms cover various modes such as EXW, FOB and CIF. The delivery cycle for regular orders is 7-21 days. During production, we will regularly send on-site pictures and videos to let customers keep track of the production progress in real time.
