Advanced Printing Capability in Our Factory

 

Our PVC film for printing is produced using our advanced printing facilities. We are equipped with two gravure printing machines and dozens of printing rollers, with a maximum printing width of 2.2 meters.

Our R&D team works closely with experienced printing technicians to achieve fine and precise print details. Since 2016, we have been supplying printed PVC film to industries such as packaging, decoration, shower curtains, tablecloths, and rainwear.

This product features high-quality patterns printed directly onto PVC film, ensuring both durability and visual appeal.

You can choose from common patterns such as floral or fruit designs, or provide your own artwork for customization. We will produce the film according to your specific requirements.

We use eco-friendly inks that deliver bright colors with strong adhesion and excellent fade resistance. The film itself is waterproof and oil-resistant. Additional functional properties, such as anti-static or heat resistance, can also be customized if required.

Our quality inspectors monitor every stage of production, from raw materials to final packaging, ensuring consistent quality. We also provide photos and videos during production so you can track progress.

We support OEM and ODM services. You can provide drawings for customization. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 ton, and free samples are available before mass production.

The film is packed in rolls with protective materials to ensure safe transportation. Payment terms include a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading. Shipments are made from Shanghai or Ningbo ports.
