Our PVC transparent tarpaulin is a high-strength composite material designed for industrial and commercial use. Our factory has been producing this product since 2016 in our 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines that heat-press two layers of PVC film with a layer of high-strength polyester mesh.
Our R&D team can adjust thickness, weight, and hardness according to customer requirements. This PVC transparent tarpaulin features a double-layer clear PVC structure with a reinforced polyester mesh core. The base fabric uses 300D warp and 200D weft yarn with a density of 9 × 9 threads per square inch.
Soft Flexibility with High Durability
This reinforced structure gives our PVC transparent tarpaulin both excellent transparency and high mechanical strength. Compared with pure PVC film, it offers significantly improved tensile strength, tear resistance, and peel strength.
Despite its strength, the material remains soft and flexible, making it easy to fold, transport, and process.
It is fully waterproof and mildew-resistant, and it also provides resistance to UV rays, acids, and alkalis, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Our quality control team monitors every production stage. Free samples are available before mass production.
OEM Customization and Flexible Ordering
We support OEM customization for our PVC transparent tarpaulin. You can customize thickness, weight, width, surface finish, and performance features. Available finishes include matte and gloss. Flame-retardant and anti-static options are also available upon request.
We maintain stock for common specifications and also provide samples for testing.
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading. Products are packed in rolls, protected with pearl cotton and kraft paper to ensure safe transportation.
We support EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms.
