High Density for Extra Durability
Our PVC waterproof tarpaulin is a high-strength 500D × 500D, 18 × 17 dense waterproof fabric. Our factory has been producing this product since 2016 in our 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines that heat-press PVC film and high-strength polyester mesh together.
Our R&D team helps us adjust thickness, weight, and material hardness according to customer requirements. This PVC waterproof tarpaulin uses 500D × 500D high-strength polyester yarn, with a density of 18 × 17 threads per square inch, which provides excellent structural strength.
Strong and Easy to Clean
This high-density structure makes our PVC waterproof tarpaulin extremely durable. The weight ranges from 550 to 620 g/㎡, and the thickness ranges from 0.44 to 0.5 mm.
The tarpaulin is 100% waterproof and mold-resistant. It offers excellent tensile and tear strength and also provides UV resistance. It performs reliably in temperatures from -30°C to 70°C.
It is resistant to wear, acids, alkalis, oil, and stains. The surface is easy to clean. It can be processed by high-frequency welding, hot-air welding, or sewing.
Custom Colors and Finishes
We support OEM customization for our PVC waterproof tarpaulin. You can customize color, thickness, weight, and width. We offer both gloss and matte finishes, and printing is also available.
This material is eco-friendly and odorless. It complies with 6P and REACH standards. Our quality inspectors monitor every stage of production. Free samples are available before mass production.
