We use specialized lamination machines that heat-press high-clarity PVC film and white polyester hexagonal mesh together. Our R&D team helps us adjust the grid size and thickness.
This clear PVC tarpaulin features a transparent PVC structure with white hexagonal grids inside, giving it a clean and neat appearance. It offers high light transmission, allowing clear visibility through the material.
Strong and Easy to Clean
This clear PVC tarpaulin has high tensile strength and resists tearing and pulling. It is highly durable. The tarpaulin is 100% waterproof and moisture-proof, and it is resistant to mold growth. It also provides UV resistance.
It performs well in temperatures as low as -30°C and as high as 70°C, making it suitable for stable outdoor use. The surface is smooth and easy to clean-simply wipe it with water when dirty.
It can be sewn, heat-pressed, or high-frequency welded, making processing easy and flexible.
Eco-Friendly and Safe
We offer OEM services for our clear PVC tarpaulin. You can customize thickness, weight, width, and grid size. We can also produce anti-static or flame-retardant versions.
This material is eco-friendly and odorless. It complies with RoHS standards. If required, we can also produce food-contact-grade versions.
