Very High Strength for Extreme Conditions
Our 1000D PVC tarpaulin is a very high-strength industrial fabric. Our factory began producing this product in 2016 and operates a 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines to heat-press two layers of PVC film with 1000D high-strength polyester mesh. Our in-house R&D team helps adjust thickness, weight, and hardness according to application requirements. This 1000D PVC tarpaulin is based on a 1000D × 1000D high-strength polyester grid, with a structure of 9 × 9 or 3 × 3 threads per square inch.
Built to Last in Outdoor Conditions
This 1000D PVC tarpaulin offers extremely high strength with excellent tensile and tear resistance. The weight ranges from 350 to 600 g/㎡, and the thickness ranges from 0.45 to 1.0 mm. It provides good light transmission, allowing clear visibility through the material.
The tarpaulin is fully waterproof with zero leakage. It also offers UV resistance, mildew resistance, and resistance to acids and alkalis. It is highly durable for outdoor applications and can withstand repeated folding without cracking or damage.
Custom Options for Your Needs
We support OEM customization for our 1000D PVC tarpaulin. You can customize thickness, weight, width, and color. We can also produce food-grade, flame-retardant, or anti-static versions upon request.
This material is easy to process. It can be high-frequency welded, hot-air welded, sewn, or printed. Our quality inspectors monitor every production stage. Free samples are available before mass production. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading.
