Cross-Binding Design for Extra Strength
Our 1000D tarpaulin is a clear PVC cross-binding mesh fabric designed for high strength and secure binding applications. Our factory began producing this product in 2016 and operates a 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines to bond food-grade transparent PVC film with 1000D high-strength polyester mesh. Our in-house R&D team helps adjust grid size and thickness according to application requirements. This 1000D tarpaulin uses 1000D × 1000D high-strength polyester yarn with a cross-bound grid structure, available in 3 × 3 or 9 × 9 configurations.
High Transparency with Strong Binding Performance
The standard thickness of this 1000D tarpaulin is 0.45 mm, with a weight of 360 g/㎡. This structure provides excellent tensile strength and tear resistance while maintaining high transparency.
The tarpaulin is waterproof and moisture-resistant, and it also offers strong aging resistance. It does not yellow easily, making it suitable for long-term use. It is widely used for machine dust covers, clear bags, workshop partitions, and exhibition fencing. The cross-binding structure provides strong holding force and resists breaking under repeated tension.
Easy Processing and Custom Sizes
We support OEM customization for our 1000D tarpaulin. You can customize thickness, weight, width, and grid size. Transparency, hardness, and UV resistance levels can also be adjusted according to requirements.
This material is easy to process. It can be sewn, high-frequency welded, punched, or edge-pressed. Our quality inspectors monitor every production stage. Free samples are available before mass production. Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading.
