Our frosted adhesive film, also known as PVC embossed film, has been produced in our factory since 2016. We manufacture it in our 12,000-square-meter workshop using a calendering process. With the support of our in-house R&D team, we are able to adjust the texture and surface feel of the film to meet different requirements.

The surface of this frosted adhesive film features a fine embossed texture rather than a smooth finish. This design creates soft light diffusion, reduces glare, and helps protect the eyes, making it ideal for applications requiring both comfort and functionality.

The frosted surface prevents the film from sticking to hands, and individual sheets can be easily separated. It also provides effective privacy protection. As a result, it is widely used for office partitions, door curtains, and privacy screens. It is also suitable for applications such as medical urine bags and raincoats.

Our quality inspectors monitor every stage of production. They check equipment before production, take samples during the process, and retain final samples for each batch to ensure consistent quality.

After you place an order, we provide photos and videos so you can track production progress.

We support OEM and ODM services, and you can provide drawings for customization. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 ton. Free samples are available before mass production.

The film is packed in rolls with protective materials to ensure safe transportation. Payment terms include a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the bill of lading. We support EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms. Shipment is made from Shanghai port.
