Eco-Friendly Material for Safe Use
Our clear EVA tarpaulin is an eco-friendly composite material. Our factory has been producing this product since 2016 in our 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines that heat-press EVA film and high-strength polyester mesh together.
Our R&D team helps us adjust thickness and weight according to customer requirements. This clear EVA tarpaulin uses 300D warp and 200D weft high-strength polyester yarn, with a density of 9 × 9 threads per square inch. Both sides are laminated with eco-friendly EVA film.
Non-Toxic and Environmentally Friendly
EVA material makes this clear EVA tarpaulin highly eco-friendly. It is odorless and contains no heavy metals or plasticizers. It complies with REACH and RoHS standards.
The material offers good light transmission with a clear grid structure. It has excellent resistance to tearing and wrinkling and does not deform easily. It is 100% waterproof, oil-resistant, and stain-resistant. Cleaning is simple and convenient.
It performs well in temperatures from -35°C to 70°C. The material is soft to the touch and flexible in use.
Easy Processing and Custom Orders
We support OEM customization for our clear EVA tarpaulin. You can customize thickness, weight, width, and color. We offer both crystal-clear and frosted (semi-transparent) options.
This material is easy to process and can be sewn, high-frequency welded, heat-pressed, printed, or ultrasonically welded.
Our quality inspectors monitor every stage of production. Free samples are available before mass production.
