Premium Foggy Finish for a Modern Look
Our frosted EVA tarpaulin is a functional fabric with a premium appearance. Our factory has been producing this product since 2016 in our 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines that heat-press frosted EVA film and high-strength polyester hexagonal mesh together.
Our R&D team helps us adjust thickness, matte level, and mesh size according to customer requirements. This frosted EVA tarpaulin uses 300D × 200D polyester yarn, with a 9 × 9 mm square mesh structure. It features a three-layer construction.
Soft, Foggy Appearance with Privacy Protection
The outer layer of our frosted EVA tarpaulin is frosted EVA film. The middle layer is polyester mesh, and the inner layer is EVA film.
The EVA material is eco-friendly, odorless, and free from heavy metals and plasticizers. It complies with EU standards.
The frosted surface provides a smooth, fine texture with a soft, foggy appearance, offering effective privacy protection while reducing light reflection.
The tarp is 100% waterproof and dustproof. It is resistant to UV exposure, high and low temperatures, and will not harden or crack during outdoor use. It is soft and elastic, with excellent resistance to pulling, tearing, and scratching, ensuring long-term durability.
Custom Orders and Easy Processing
We support OEM customization for our frosted EVA tarpaulin. You can customize thickness, weight, width, and color. Available colors include black, white, gray, blue, or any custom Pantone color.
This material is easy to process and can be cut, sewn, heat-pressed, high-frequency welded, screen printed, or hot stamped.
Our quality inspectors monitor every stage of production. Free samples are available before mass production.
