Our colored frosted EVA tarpaulin is both eco-friendly and visually appealing. Our factory has been producing this product since 2016 in our 12,000-square-meter workshop. We use specialized lamination machines that heat-press frosted EVA film and high-strength polyester hexagonal mesh together.
Our R&D team can develop custom colors and adjust thickness and matte finish according to customer requirements. This colored frosted EVA tarpaulin is made from eco-friendly EVA resin and high-strength polyester hexagonal mesh. The surface features a fine matte texture, while the internal structure forms a neat hexagonal grid.
Vibrant Colors with High Performance
The colors of our colored frosted EVA tarpaulin are bright and stable. Available options include red, yellow, blue, green, black, white, pink, purple, and more.
The EVA material is eco-friendly, odorless, and free from heavy metals and phthalates. It complies with RoHS, REACH, and EN71-3 standards.
The tarpaulin is 100% waterproof and moisture-resistant, with a water pressure rating of over 2000 mmH₂O. It achieves Grade 1 mold resistance and offers excellent tensile and tear strength.
It performs reliably in temperatures from -35°C to 70°C and maintains stability over long-term use without hardening or aging.
Full Customization and Functional Options
We support OEM customization for our colored frosted EVA tarpaulin. You can customize color, thickness, weight, width, and functional properties. We can also produce antibacterial, flame-retardant, or anti-static versions upon request.
This material is easy to process and can be high-frequency welded, heat-pressed, sewn, screen printed, or digitally printed.
