Industrial/Packaging Uses (e.g., Heat Shrink Film)

Feb 06, 2026 Leave a message

Applicable Scenarios: Product outer packaging, labels, moisture and dust protection, bundle packaging, etc.

Key Usage Points
Temperature Control: Shrinking temperature is usually 100℃–160℃, time 6–10 seconds; too high may cause cracking, too low results in poor shrinkage.

Size Matching: The folded diameter of the film should be slightly larger than the perimeter of the packaged item to avoid being too loose or too tight.

Equipment Adjustment
If atomization occurs: lower the temperature or increase the conveyor speed.

If fisheye wrinkles appear: raise the temperature or slow down the conveyor speed.

If blistering occurs: increase ventilation holes or raise the temperature.

Storage Requirements: Store in a cool, dry place, temperature ≤30℃, away from heat sources, avoid heavy pressure, shelf life about 15 months.
