PVC films are classified into two types based on plasticizer content:
Soft PVC Film (Plasticized)
Contains plasticizers (softeners), flexible, with a sticky feel;
Easily becomes brittle, with poor durability;
Used for flooring, leather surfaces, agricultural films, etc.
Rigid PVC Film (Unplasticized)
Does not contain plasticizers, good flexibility, not easily brittle, non-toxic and pollution-free, long shelf life;
Accounts for about 2/3 of the market, used in building materials, packaging, electrical tapes, etc.
