EVA laminated mesh fabric is a material composed of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) combined with mesh fabric. It features lightweight, good elasticity, water resistance, and non-slip properties, and is commonly used in packaging, inflatable products, moisture-proof mats, toys, and industrial curtains.
Daily Cleaning
Use a soft brush or slightly damp cloth to remove surface dust and debris, and avoid using hard tools such as wire brushes that can scratch the surface. You can wipe it with a neutral detergent (such as dishwashing liquid) or mild soapy water. Do not use strong acids, strong alkalis, or organic solvents (such as alcohol or acetone) to prevent material degradation.
Regular Maintenance
After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water and place in a cool, ventilated area to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight to slow down aging.
If used outdoors or in high-humidity environments (such as floating pontoons or water equipment), it is recommended to check regularly for signs of yellowing, hardening, or cracking. If necessary, apply a specialized EVA conditioner (if available).
Special Protection
Avoid contact with sharp objects or high-temperature sources to prevent scratching or melting. If used in inflatable products (such as inflatable boats or trampolines), ensure normal internal air pressure to avoid delamination of the laminated mesh fabric due to excessive stretching.
