EVA laminated mesh fabric is a multifunctional material made by combining EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) film as the core material with high-strength mesh base fabric (such as polyester or nylon). Its basic characteristics are as follows
Main Features
Environmentally Friendly and Non-toxic: EVA materials comply with EU environmental standards, contain no heavy metals or harmful substances, and are recyclable.
Excellent Mechanical Properties
High tensile strength (warp ≥ 2100 N/5cm, weft ≥ 1600 N/5cm);
Good tear and peel resistance;
High elongation at break and good toughness.
Strong Weather Resistance
Aging-resistant, UV-resistant, suitable for a wide temperature range;
Does not easily become brittle or discolored when used outdoors for long periods.
Waterproof and Moisture-resistant: The EVA film has a closed-cell structure, does not absorb water, and has excellent moisture resistance.
Chemical Stability: Resistant to acids, alkalis, oils, and corrosion, suitable for various industrial environments.
Good Processability
Can be joined by hot pressing, high-frequency welding, adhesive bonding, etc.;
Supports customized thickness (e.g., 0.4mm–0.5mm), width (1.45–2.2 meters), color, and surface texture (e.g., hexagonal mesh, plain weave, etc.).
Functional Additives Available: Flame retardants, mildew inhibitors, antistatic agents, and other additives can be added as needed to expand application scenarios.
