It uses 1000D high-strength polyester filament as the base fabric, coated with high-transparent PVC resin on both sides, and is integrally formed by high-temperature hot-press composite process, combining high light transmittance with excellent mechanical strength. The tensile, tear and peel resistance of this 1000D PVC Coated Mesh Clear Tarpaulin far exceed those of ordinary transparent PVC films, while maintaining a clear light-transmitting vision. It is an ideal base material for heavy-duty outdoor marquees and large equipment protective covers.

1000D PVC Coated Mesh Clear Tarpaulin has full waterproof, anti-UV, high and low temperature resistance outdoor weather resistance, can be used stably in the environment from -30℃ to 70℃, and is not easy to age, crack and yellow after long-term outdoor exposure. The product supports various processing methods such as high-frequency welding, hot air welding, sewing, punching and edge wrapping, and can be made into marquee walls, equipment protective covers, storage visual enclosures, agricultural greenhouse films, etc. We can customize thickness, grammage, width and surface effect to meet application requirements of different strengths and sizes.

We can also provide finished product processing services, cutting, welding, punching and edge wrapping according to customer sizes, which can be directly installed and used after delivery. The custom sample development cycle is 10-20 days, and free sample cloth is available before mass production.

We have established a full-process quality inspection system for this coated mesh product: when raw materials enter the factory, we respectively test the tensile strength of polyester base fabric and the purity and weather resistance of PVC resin; during production, we monitor composite temperature, coating thickness and peel strength; before finished products leave the factory, we carry out tear resistance test, waterproof test, light transmittance test and full appearance inspection, and each batch of products is sampled and stored. We support third-party professional testing to ensure that all product performance indicators meet customers' use requirements and the quality is stable between batches.

We adopt flexible payment and settlement methods. For regular orders, we adopt the mode of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment against the copy of the bill of lading, reducing customers' capital risks. At the same time, we support various international settlement methods such as T/T telegraphic transfer, D/P documents against payment and L/C letter of credit, and can select the appropriate scheme according to customers' trade habits. For customized products that require special mold opening or formula debugging, only the corresponding sample fee is required, which can be deducted accordingly after the batch order is confirmed.
